Before applying, exfoliate your lips to free them of dead skin. After that, apply a clear lip balm or raw coconut oil to ensure your lips are well-hydrated. This will help the lip oil penetrate your lips more effectively and leave them looking smooth and hydrated. For a lightweight finish, apply 1 coat with the doe foot applicator on the wand. Apply 2 coats or more for high shine.
