As much as we love the endless selection available at mass beauty retailers, these chain stores are not a place we want to hang out, let alone seek advice about the health of our skin.

By reconnecting to the origins of beauty retail created by visionaries like Helena Rubinstein and Madame C.J. Walker, while looking to the future and its upcoming wave of hyper-personalized beauty, we’re doing away with formality in favour of familiarity and one-on-one advice. Our relationship with beauty is ever-evolving, and that dynamic connection is why we’re constantly in conversation with our clients, our brands, our community.
