Please note: We are not able to guarantee your order can be canceled if it has already begun processing. Orders marked FULFILLED cannot be canceled or adjusted. Order adjustments will result in a delay in order processing time.

Damages, defects, or product concerns must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving your order. Concerns reported after this 30 day window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please email us athello@living-beauty.com, we're happy to help!
Shipping
Living Beauty works with preferred shipping carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Holiday Shipping - To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, please place all orders by December 15, 2025.
Please note: Living Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by U.S. customs.
We currently offer the following shipping options:
FREE SHIPPING - For all Canadian orders valued over $150.00*
EXPRESS SHIPPING - $29.99 for all Canadian orders (1-2 business days)
STANDARD SHIPPING - Zone 1, ON and QC, $9.99 for orders under $149.99* (3-9 business days)
STANDARD SHIPPING - Zone 2, BC, AB, SK, MB, NU, YK, NT, PEI, NS, NL, PEI, $15..99 for orders under $149.99* (3-9 business days)
US ORDERS- $9.99 Shipping fee applies to all orders.
U.S. Duties and Tariffs
Customers are subject to any duties, tariffs, or import fees associated with their order. In some cases, you may receive a COD (Cash on Delivery) notice for these charges at the time of delivery.
* Before Tax
Thank you for your order! You'll receive a confirmation email where you can monitor your order status. When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate email with tracking details. Please check your spam if you do not see a confirmation email come through.
Please note: It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking details to update. Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.
Orders are generally fulfilled within 1-3 business days after purchase. You may experience a delay in processing time due to an increase in requests or holidays. Exchanges and Returns
Exchange/Return Policy, Living Beauty
Living Beauty will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged - including taxes. Gently used or opened products are final sale.

Exclusions for Return
For sanitary reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE:
Any opened products. All face, body and sexual wellness products, including- cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, eye lashes, hairbrushes, makeup brushes, mask brushes, toothbrushes, sale items, supplements, vibrators, nail polish and gift cards.
For purchases made in conjunction with a GWP:
Gently used and opened products and GWP products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unopened and unused products qualify for store credit only.

Please note: there is a shipping label fee for all returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. This fee is based on the location and weight of items being returned.
It can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund/store credit to be issued upon receipt by our customer service department.
