Instructions For Use
- Use your N.02 Body Brush for Normal Skin on dry skin, ideally before showering.
- Start the massage at the hands and feet, then gradually work your way towards the heart using upward strokes, always adjusting the intensity to your comfort level.
- On areas such as the calves, thighs, buttocks or stomach, complement the brushing with a few circular motions to enhance the effects of the massage.
- Between 3 and 5 minutes a day, are enough to incorporate this ritual into your routine.
