This fragrance-free formula is made with a blend of water and waxes for a sheer application and comfortable, barely-there finish. Made with a complex of Vitamin A, C & E for smooth lips.
Instructions For Use
- Use the doe-foot applicator to tap colour onto lips or cheeks.
- Blend with fingertips or a brush and layer for intensity.
- PRO TIP: Line lips with a Precision Colour Pencil before applying Water Colour Tint to prolong wear.
