The Science
This fine-tip highlighting pencil allows you to create both a precise or diffused highlight anywhere on the face. Line lids to bring brightness to the eyes, use on the brow bone, cupids bow, or high-points of cheeks for glow effect or on top of any lip colour for added lustre. The champagne pearl pigment is designed to create radiance across all skin tones.
Instructions For Use
- Apply colour to the inner corner of eyes, along lash line, brow bone, cupid’s bow or elsewhere.
- Draw on and blend out with a brush or your fingers for a highlight effect.
