The Science
The Barrier Pro™ 1-Step Cleanser goes beyond clean to support skin’s microbiome while balancing and gently refining skin texture. This powerful yet gentle cleanser fits into any skincare regimen to prepare skin day and night for application of skincare treatments. Ideal for cleansing face and body of powerful Colorescience water-resistant all-mineral active sunscreens. Gently and effectively removes mineral sunscreen, makeup, excess oil, and impurities without leaving skin feeling tight or stripped. Respects skin’s pH balance, helping it maintain its natural pH level. Skin is refreshed, hydrated, and replenished.
Instructions For Use
- Use twice daily, AM + PM. No need to double clean.
- Morning Cleanse – or when not wearing makeup and/or sunscreen: Wet face. Dispense 1 pump into wet hands. Apply to wet face. Thoroughly cleanse for at least 1 minute, spending approximately 15 seconds each on your forehead, cheeks and nose, chin, and eye area, adding more water if desired.
- Avoid getting cleanser into the eyes. Rinse thoroughly.
- Evening Cleanse – or when wearing makeup and/or sunscreen: Wet hands (leave face dry). Dispense 2-3 pumps into wet hands.
- Apply to dry face and massage product into skin to remove makeup, sunscreen, impurities. Add a small amount of water to increase emulsification.
- Add water to face and hands. Cleanser will begin to bubble. Thoroughly cleanse for at least 1 minute, spending approximately 15 seconds each on forehead, cheeks and nose, chin, and eye area, adding more water if desired.
