The Science
Valued for its herbaceous and uplifting aroma, basil is often used in aromatherapy to promote mental clarity, reduce stress and provide potential benefits for respiratory health. Bamboo charcoal is beneficial for the skin due to its natural adsorbent properties, which help draw out impurities, excess oil from the skin, leaving it clearer and refreshed. Rose adds calming and mood-enhancing properties.
Instructions For Use
- Fill the tub with warm water to an optimal temperature of 38°C.
- Add the entire 120g packet or 125ml under running water.
