The Science
This ultra-fine powder creates a weightless matte veil to absorb oil and prevent makeup transfer. Its compact size is perfect for on-the-go touch ups. Weightless and translucent, it can be applied on top of the Precision Colour Pencil to stop colour transfer and increase wear-time, or can be applied to skin to eliminate shine. The super finely-milled silica allows the translucent shade to work across skin tones to set makeup without altering the colour, and to absorb oil. Formulated without talc, silicones or nanoparticles.
Instructions For Use
- To prolong the wear of Precision Colour Pencils, use your fingers or the Tapered Multi-Brush to tap powder onto eyelids and anywhere else makeup usually transfers such as below the brow bone and under eyes.
- Draw eye look with a Precision Colour Pencil.
- Take some powder on a brush or finger tip and gently tap on top of area where pencil was applied.
- Repeat to intensify colour
- To control oil, use a pouf or finger tips to gently pat powder on oily sections of face, where a matte finish is desired.
